Kenworth Truck Company today announced it has received an order for 1,000 aerodynamic Kenworth T680s with PACCAR MX engines from TransAm Trucking, a leading refrigerated fleet in Olathe, Kansas.

"This order is an excellent way to launch Kenworth's most aerodynamic truck ever," said Gary Moore, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president. We are pleased to see TransAm's strong commitment to the new Kenworth T680 and the PACCAR MX."

"The new Kenworth T680 is a very impressive truck. We especially like the T680's fuel efficiency, visibility, and new dash and sleeper layout. "Our relationship with Kenworth and MHC is important to us, and we look forward to excellent results from the T680 and PACCAR MX combination."
