2019 Kenworth W990 Brochure Highlights the Newest Model from the “World’s Best”
Kenworth has published its 2019 Kenworth W990 brochure with the latest information on the company’s new long-hood conventional model.

The Kenworth W990 sets a powerful new industry standard, and is designed to maximize performance in linehaul and heavy haul operations. At 131.5 inches from bumper to back-of-cab, the W990 establishes a bold presence among conventional trucks.
The W990 is standard with the PACCAR Powertrain, which features the PACCAR MX-13 engine rated up to 510 hp and 1,850 lb-ft of torque, PACCAR 12-speed automated transmission, and PACCAR 40K tandem rear axles.
The W990’s driver comfort features and amenities are second to none. The 32-page Kenworth W990 brochure provides information on the W990’s 76-inch and 52-inch mid-roof sleeper as well as the 40-inch flat top sleeper configuration. The brochure also offers information on the optional “Driver’s Studio” package, interior trim and color options, as well as Kenworth seating options, which include optimized suspension and climate control features for superior comfort and adjustability.
The brochure features a section on the Kenworth W990 Limited Edition interior that comes in midnight black with glossy Ravenwood door and dash trim accents. Additional features include rich black leather soft trim, an embroidered W990 logo in the sleeper, door pads with Royal Blue double-stitched diamond accents, a black leather wrapped steering wheel with Royal Blue stitching, and driver and passenger seats with suede charcoal inserts and perforated leather with Royal Blue backing.
The W990 builds upon Kenworth’s long tradition of combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional craftsmanship, performance and quality. The brochure highlights Kenworth TruckTech+® connected truck technologies. The Kenworth TruckTech+ Remote Diagnostics system provides real-time monitoring of critical vehicle systems to optimize truck uptime and productivity. The Kenworth TruckTech+ Service Management system provides the monitoring of a vehicle’s service status and approval of repairs in real-time through the PACCAR Solutions portal.
The W990 brochure also highlights driver-focused technologies that make life-on-the road easier for the driver. These include driver assistance systems, such as predictive and adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and collision mitigation; as well as the driver performance assistant, power management, Kenworth Idle Management System, and the Kenworth Nav+ HD system. Kenworth PremierCare® parts and service programs also are included.
